Novotel Brussels City Centre

I had a fantastic holiday at Novotel! The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to have an early check-in so we could rest and freshen up before exploring the city. The hotel's location in the city center made it easy for us to walk to all the main attractions. The front desk, breakfast, and cleaning staff were all fantastic, making our stay very comfortable. The hotel entrance was welcoming and modern, and our executive double room was spacious and well-equipped. The spa, pool, and gym facilities were a great bonus. a great experience!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect and allowed me to be right by the Christmas market and city centre but still in a quiet area. The staff, especially the receptionists, were extremely friendly and welcoming, and provided me with great service including room service, dry cleaning, and laundry. I also enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance. The room was luxurious and had all the necessary amenities such as heating, air conditioning, mini-bar, and in-room safe. The bed was super comfy and there was even a patio area where I could sit and relax. The restaurant had a great selection of food and the buffet breakfast was a highlight of my stay.

Would definitely recommend this place to others for its amazing location and luxurious amenities.

Comforts of a double room were fabulous - complementary tea and tea/coffee. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Brussels.

Staff and location were pleasant, but most important - the hotel was clean. The restaurant here was nice for dinner, we both ordered healthy dishes.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location was absolutely perfect, with all the major tourist attractions and shopping districts just a stone's throw away. We were able to explore the city easily and enjoy everything it had to offer. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The spacious rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing enhanced comfort and relaxation. We also made great use of the hotel's facilities, including the pool and fitness area, which were both top-notch. our experience here was unforgettable and we can't wait to come back.

There were a few aspects that were disappointing. the swimming pool was a letdown.

The breakfast options are delicious and there are even free meals for children. Additionally, the hotel provides ironing facilities, hairdryers, and coffee/tea services in the rooms.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us. We were just a three-minute walk from the Grand Place and ten minutes away from Brussels Centraal. We also enjoyed the breakfast, especially that it was served until 11:00 am on weekends. Despite the construction site across the street, our room was quiet and comfortable. we had an enjoyable stay at Novotel Brussels City Centre.

Located right in the city centre, it's a good base to explore nearby attractions. Close proximity to the train station allows for easy access to transport. Many restaurants and cafes are in the surrounding area.
